Airport T-Hangar, Tie-Down, and Community Hangar Availability

Chicago Executive Airport maintains T-Hangar buildings in both the Northeast and Southwest sections of the airfield. In addition to T-Hangars, CEA also maintains a Tie Down Area, and a community hangar in Hangar 5/6.

Payments for any application can be dropped off at the Administrative Building Office, dropped in the mailbox if after hours, or mailed to:

Chicago Executive Airport currently does not have any T-Hangar space availability. A waitlist for T-Hangar rentals is maintained at the Administration and Operations/Maintenance offices.

To be added to the T-Hangar wait list, review the T-Hangar Wait List Policy below. Once the policy has been reviewed, to be added to the wait list, please complete the T-Hangar Wait List Application and email to [email protected]. The deposit must be received prior to being added to the list. To maintain your spot on the T-Hangar wait list, an annual T-Hangar Wait List fee will be billed.

Once the T-Hangar Wait List Application has been received and the deposit paid, the list will be updated with your new information. Notification will be sent by email as T-Hangars become available.

Hangar 5/6 offers aircraft storage space that is based on the square foot of the fixed-wing aircraft (length x wingspan) and is billed monthly. In addition, there is a set monthly fee for unlimited aircraft pull in/outs. There are small office rentals that may be available and are charged by square footage.
